1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information.

1.1 Automatically collected (anonymized)

• Anonymized information for ad delivery (via Google AdMob)

1.2 Data stored on your device only

• Text content entered by the user in the App — stored locally on the user's device only and never transmitted to any server. This content is permanently and irreversibly deleted from the device when the user chooses to "burn" it.
• Burn timestamps (date and time only, no content) — retained locally for your purification statistics.
• App settings and counters.

2. How We Use Information

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

• Providing and improving app functionality
• Resolving technical issues
• Delivering relevant ads

3. Data Storage and Deletion

• No account creation is required.
• No data is synced to external servers or cloud services.
• Written content is stored using Apple's local storage (SwiftData) and exists only on your device.
• When you "burn" a written entry, the content is permanently and irreversibly deleted. Once burned, it cannot be recovered.
• Deleting the app will permanently remove all stored data from your device.

4. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services:

5. Advertising

The app displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are delivered based on non-personally identifiable information such as device type, OS version, and ad interaction data. Text content entered by the user in the App is never shared with advertisers or used for ad targeting. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for details.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Tracking and Consent (ATT)

On devices running iOS 14.5 or later, our app may request permission to track your activity for the purpose of delivering personalized ads via Google AdMob. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in your device's Settings app. Declining this permission does not affect the core functionality of the app.

8. GDPR (EU / UK / Swiss Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be presented with a consent form upon first launch regarding ad personalization, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR. You can update or withdraw your consent at any time through the app's settings.

9. CCPA / U.S. State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with applicable privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Our app supports these rights through Google's User Messaging Platform consent flow on first launch and via your device settings.

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Since all written content and personal data is stored locally on your device, your data remains entirely under your control at all times.

当アプリは、個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。

1.2 デバイスに保存される情報

• 本アプリ内でユーザーが入力したテキスト — お使いのデバイス上にのみ保存され、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。「燃やす」操作を行うと、デバイスから完全かつ復元不能な形で削除されます。
• 燃やした日時（内容は含まず、日時のみ）— 浄化の記録としてデバイス上に保持されます。
• アプリの設定・カウンター情報。

2. 情報の使用目的

収集した情報は以下の目的で使用されます：

• アプリの機能提供および改善
• 技術的問題の解決
• 適切な広告の配信

3. データの保存と削除について

• アカウント登録は不要です。
• データが外部サーバーやクラウドサービスに同期されることはありません。
• 書き出された内容はAppleのローカルストレージ（SwiftData）を使用してデバイス上にのみ保存されます。
• 「燃やす」操作を行うと、書き出された内容は完全かつ復元不能な形で削除されます。一度燃やした内容は復元できません。
• アプリを削除すると、保存されたデータはすべて完全に削除されます。

4. 第三者サービスについて

当アプリは以下の第三者サービスを使用しています：

5. 広告について

6. 子どものプライバシーについて

カリフォルニア州、その他関連する米国州にお住まいの方は、個人情報の販売・共有をオプトアウトする権利を有します。当アプリは、初回起動時の Google User Messaging Platform 同意フローおよびデバイス設定を通じてこれらの権利をサポートします。

ユーザーの情報を保護するため、適切な技術的・組織的セキュリティ対策を実施しています。書き出された内容および個人データはすべてデバイス上にローカル保存されるため、データは常にユーザー自身の管理下にあります。
